The pdf includes information about how to use the rowing machine, details about the plan, beautiful tables and a couple of pages to log all of your work out. There’s even a certificate for when you are all done as well as workout cards to tape on the rowing machine in case you forget details of the workout.

This plan includes detailed instructions, eleven different workouts that progress through in volume and intensity overloads throughout the nine weeks. It also includes a training log so that you can track your splits and enter notes to help you progress each week.

If you have never rowed, haven’t rowed for a long time or just want something small then this 10 week plan is for you. This plan has 4 workouts per week and start at 25 minutes on average and build you up to 40-45 minutes.
